We are a very traditional church and we love our Hymns! We love the doctrine and timeless beauty of hymns, so most of our music is traditional hymns with the piano and organ. However, you can also expect to hear some newer praise choruses as well as old gospel songs highlighted throughout the service. 

Come as you are! At FBCSF, we are more interested in your heart, and less interested in your wardrobe. You will find people dressed in jeans and t-shirts...and you will see people in their "Sunday best." We encourage you to come however you feel most comfortable.

We offer a Nursery for babies through age 3, and Children's Church is offered for Age 4 through 3rd Grade. Our Children have an active part in the worship service, so they stay in the service for the worship song service. When the pastor begins the sermon, the children will exit through the back of the Worship Center with our volunteers to go to Children's Church. They will return at the end of the service. Any of our greeters can help you find the nursery or get more information about Children's Church! (On the last Sunday of each month, we do not have Children's church to allow our children and volunteers to worship with their families in the service. Nursery is provided every Sunday.)

We would love to help you feel comfortable during worship and make your worship experience be the best for you and your family. You can expect to feel like a part of the family when you come through the doors of our church. We hope that you will feel the love that we share for one another at FBCSF. During the service, we like to let our children take an active part! Towards the beginning of the service, we will celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. This will be a time that we sing to anyone who has had a birthday over the last week. While we are singing, our children will walk around and collect an offering called a "Bucket Fund" offering that was started many years ago. This offering is used for local missions in our community. The regular Tithes and Offerings are collected via a box at the back of the Worship Center. 

Once the music portion of our service is completed, our children will exit with our children's director and volunteers at the back of the Worship Center to the Activities Building (connected to the Worship Center) for Children's Church. Our Pastor, Bro. Robert, will deliver a Bible-centered sermon. Towards the end of the service, Bro. Robert will give an opportunity for anyone to respond in an invitation if you should have a need for prayer or questions about your faith. Also, the children will return to the Worship Center at this time and sit with their families. The service will usually end with a song or prayer. Many times, you will find our members visiting and talking in the Worship Center after the service.

At any time during the service that you should need assistance, please feel free to step to the back of the Worship Center. We have greeters and staff members who are available to assist you. There are also restrooms in the back corner of the Worship Center if you should need them. We are honored for you to join us for worship, and we hope that you will come back again soon!
